Out of an abundance of caution, Midway ISD schools and offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, due to continued hazardous travel conditions, including patchy freezing fog and significant ice accumulation on roadways, sidewalks, and parking areas near campuses.

Midway ISD schools and offices will be closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 due to ongoing freezing temperatures and poor road conditions. HS coaches/directors will share details on student practices/rehearsals. We anticipate returning to normal operations Wed., Jan. 28.
