Planned Giving

Gifts to the Education Foundation come in many forms. One of the most unique and lasting gift modes is through planned giving. Any member of the Panther Nation can name the Foundation in bequests, insurance, appreciated stock and IRA rollovers. These gifts help secure the foundation's impact on Midway students and teachers for generations to come.

Specific Bequest

"I give, devise and bequeath (insert dollar amount or item of property to be donated) to the Midway ISD Education Foundation , Tax ID #74-2914982, or its successor organization, a nonprofit corporation as described in section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code located at 13885 Woodway Drive, Waco, Texas, 76712."

Residuary Bequest

"I give, devise, and bequeath (insert % amount) of all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to the Midway ISD Education Foundation , Tax ID #74-2914982, or its successor organization, a nonprofit corporation as described in section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code located at 13885 Woodway Drive, Waco, Texas, 76712."

Legacy Society

Please notify the Midway ISD Education Foundation of your planned gift.  Those who wish may be recognized as members of the Legacy Society, a special organization to recognize those who have included the Education Foundation in their planned giving. A special informative luncheon is held for this distinguished group each year.
