Midway Athletic Booster Club Scholarships

The Midway Athletic Booster Club is proud to offer scholarships to eligible Midway High School seniors. To qualify, applicants must:

• Be in 12th grade and in good standing at Midway High School
• Have participated in varsity athletics
• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 80 or higher
• Plan to enroll in an institution of higher learning within 8 months of graduation from MHS
• Have a parent or guardian who is a current member of a Midway Athletic Booster Club

Applicants must complete and submit an application using the prescribed form, including all required documents.

Application Deadline: May 2nd by 4:00 PM
