BOARD MEETING RECAP

Key highlights from our October 2024 Board of Trustees meeting:

• FIRST Rating: For the ninth consecutive year, Midway ISD has earned the highest possible rating of "Superior Achievement" under the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST).
• Principals Month: We proudly honored our incredible principals for National Principals Month, celebrating their leadership, dedication, and the positive impact they make on our schools every day!
• Recognitions: Midway High School MCJROTC was named a 2023-24 Naval Honor School, placing the program among the top 20% of programs nationwide.

• Panther Parent Hack: Midway TV is our new hub for live and on-demand video! Visit www.midway.tv for everything from athletics and fine arts to board meetings and district news.
• Early Voting: Early voting in the General Election runs October 21-November 1. Registered and eligible voters may vote at ANY early voting location located in their county of residence.
