The Business Professionals of America (BPA) National Leadership Conference was a success for Midway High School with eight students advancing to compete in business and information technology skills events at the national level.
Video Production team members Andrew Block, Kanon Miller, Gavin Millerick, and Zachary Williams earned third place at nationals after winning first place at state.
Grace Rodriguez competed in Fundamental Accounting at nationals and won fourth place after securing a top-three finish at state.
Also competing at nationals was Miela Delue, who won second place in Digital Media Production at state, Walton Downs, who earned fifth place in Payroll Accounting at state, and Rolando Herrera, who placed among the top 10 in Personal Financial Management at state with a seventh-place finish.
