The Midway ISD Board of Trustees was given a look at what could be the demographic future of the district at its April 4 special called meeting.

Midway High School and M Power powerlifting athletes competed in the 2024 Texas Special Olympics Winter Games in February, bringing home a total of 12 gold medals in squat, bench press, and deadlift from the state meet.

On April 8, Waco and Midway ISD will be in the direct path of a total solar eclipse, making the area an optimal viewing location.
