A brand-new banner is now displayed at the heart of Park Hill Elementary School in Midway ISD, celebrating the school’s recent certification as a STEM campus by the National Institute for STEM Education.

Students at Midway High School continue to uphold their record of success in standardized testing, consistently earning recognition through the National Merit Scholarship Program and College Board National Recognition Programs.

A member of Midway High School's HOSA-Future Health Professionals chapter won first place in the Math for Health Professionals state contest and advanced to secure a top-10 finish at the HOSA International Leadership Conference this summer.

The National Marine Corps Junior ROTC Headquarters selected Midway High School MCJROTC as one of its 2023-24 Naval Honor Schools, placing the program among the top 20% of programs nationwide.

Midway High School Career and Technical Education student Kalissa Davis advanced to compete at the FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) National Leadership Conference in July, placing among the top 15 students in the nation in the Fashion Construction category. 

After completing M Power, Midway ISD’s program for students over the age of 18 with disabilities, one Midway High School graduate is taking the next step in their educational journey.

Midway High School continues to be ranked #1 in Waco area high schools by U.S. News and World Report.

Midway High School journalism students were awarded for their photography and writing at the state and national levels this year.
